Through The Years
In 2025, the Agrion Crop Solutions brand and company was born, combining over 30 years of deep local expertise from SST and SACOA with the backbone of the global Swiss based company DKSH, with over 160 years of success across APAC, Europe and the Americas.
Launch of Agrion Crop Solutions
DKSH Agrisolutions is rebranded as Agrion Crop Solutions, replacing the SST and SACOA brands with a unified identity focused on the manufacture and supply of premium adjuvant and specialty products for the agriculture and turf markets in New Zealand and Australia.
Establishment of DKSH Agrisolutions
DKSH established DKSH Agrisolutions to integrate its growing portfolio of agricultural products and operations, including SST and SACOA.
DKSH acquired SACOA
DKSH acquired SACOA to create a national supplier of premium crop protection adjuvants and specialty agricultural products.
DKSH acquired Axieo and SST
DKSH acquired Axieo, including its subsidiary SST. At the time, SST was a leading supplier of adjuvants and spray additives in New Zealand and Australia.
SST Asia Pacific acquired by Axieo
Axieo Operations Australia Pty Ltd (Axieo) acquired SST Australia. Axieo was founded in Australia in 1950, specialising in marketing and selling specialty chemicals and ingredients.
Formation of DKSH Group
DKSH was established through the merger of three Swiss trading companies: Diethelm, Keller, and Siber Hegner, combining more than a century of trading heritage.
Foundation of SACOA
The family-owned business SACOA was founded with a focus on developing, formulating, and selling spray oils and adjuvants to a long-term customer base of agricultural distributors, resellers, and farmers.
Foundation of SST Australia
SST Australia was established as a supplier and innovator of quality adjuvants and specialty products to the agricultural and turf industries in Australia and New Zealand.
Foundation of DKSH’s predecessor companies
DKSH traced its origins to 1865, beginning with the formation of trading companies such as Diethelm, Keller, and Siber Hegner.
